PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose of this role: Reporting to Sales Origination Dept. Head, this position proactively promotes complete solutions of DP technologies, products and services in China market; assist existing or new clients to develop and deliver unique solutions to fit into their requirements; and undertake specific sales goals.
Main responsibilities and tasks
- To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Develop complete solutions of DP technologies, products and services in specified areas or industries.
- Establish relationships with new clients; achieve given sales goals.
- Formulate sales strategy and action plans and revise upon market or clients changes arising where and when necessary to generate sales.
- Sep up a project sales team by involving all the related departments and people sources to develop sales promotion by implementing agreed action plans and DP sales process management regulations, such as helping clients verify solutions towards their needs, formulating project solution, bidding and sales contract negotiation etc.
- Maintain regular or irregular communications or provide reports to relevant departments or parties to update sales progress if any to ensure objectives to be aligned on the right track.
- Assist project manager in coordinating with clients by project implementation to ensure clients contracts are properly fulfilled Working with Marketing Department, make analysis on all the marketing information collected to propose actions to the industry changes;
- Engage in make strategy in China.
- Participate in market strategy plan in China market.
- Other ad hoc assigned.
Qualification
The candidate for the Senior Sales Manager position shall have:
- Full faith in biomass and waste to energy industry and passion to promote clean energy in China.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in power industry. Results-driven with proven performance record, preferably experience on power equipment, or EPC project.
- Customer-oriented with strong business acumen to identify clients’ needs and figure out appropriate application program.
- Strong communication, presentation and demonstration skills; able to work with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
- Strong initiative and self-motivated, ability to learn quickly.
